The worst customer service I dealt with in long time. Eric and his supervisor David. They lied about information the were given. Changed my rate after I requested a change of mailing address. Not my physical address. I went through cost u less and got shafted. I was told to pay first and last monthly payment plus admin fee. They tell me they wont correct their error until I pay a reinstatement fee. What a joke of a company. Dont waste your time with these crooks.
