I really want to believe in this company. But I keep hitting dead ends. I get blocked arounf every corner trying to get help and every time I call I need to explain the situation again and again. I don't know what else to do. I've left messages, sent emails, made phone calls and I can't get through to anyone that can help me. I really don't know what else to do.
