The experience in this hospital was terrible!!!!! Emergency room was filthy. Waiting room chairs were dirty. Emergency room looked unsanitary. Did not clean wounds for trauma patient.if I would ask anyone who is an employee here for directions I would get an attitude. Security is so lazy and disrespectful she couldn't even stand during her shift had to sit down and file her nails instead of responding to a simple question. Still no response from security instead I get an eye roll. Finally finding the room going through the hospital nothing new old and dirty. When leaving my brothers room my mother asked a nurse can he get medicine he is in pain she responded "no" and continued to walk away in shock my mother asked her why not. The nurse's response, "I'm not his nurse." The nurse then walked in another patients room. Then another employee who i'm assuming billing and coding asked my mother what do you want. My mother responded you could ask me nicer like for what example " what can I help you with?" Then the nurse Alex the only professional person we saw the entire time at Atlanta medical center helped us and was very polite. The next day nothing new the nurse Tasha #58855 extremely rude it was to much effort for her to answer any questions we had. This experience was a complete nightmare. They need to shut this place down.
