I wish I could give them the 5 stars that they use...

I wish I could give them the 5 stars that they used to deserve. I have ordered several times with Action and have had nothing but good experience with them, until this last order. My order was supposed to be delivered today to make it in time for our driver to load it on our truck to bring to us. I received an email saying it was delayed until Wednesday. When I contacted them about getting it to my place that I needed it to by Monday, they immediately said no. Even though their website says they will 'pull out all stops' to get it delivered. My order was going 15 minutes from their warehouse. When they told their original driver was out with a family emergency, I figured they would have a back up driver to make sure business keeps going. But apparently they don't. And then they told me they cannot tell me for sure when they would be back because the employee was sleeping. I wish them well and hope other customers don't have any problems. But this was not a good customer service moment for them.
