They have the worst customer service. Once you buy insurance from them, they ll forget that you exist. I cancelled my plan 2 months ago and I m still paying for it every month. Every time I call them I get a reply that we will call you back and no one ever calls me back. They just say broker is busy with another client.
If you can t deal with your current clients why do you accept more clients. Also who don t you have a separate department to deal with cancellation and customer service!??? Such a ridiculous service for the price I have paid.
