Honestly it has been one of the most poor services I have experienced. Back in December, they have punched my address wrong, but thankfully I caught it and informed them of the change BEFORE I even made an order. They confirmed that it was corrected but it turns out they didn't. They shipped it out a few weeks later to the wrong address and after much delay it was returned right back to them. It's currently the middle of february and I am still waiting for my photos to be shipped out again. I followed up last week and I was told I would get a call back from them yesterday. No call at all and no confirmation of shipment. Not only did I pay a ridiculous amount of money to get these photos and to have them shipped to me, now they are much delayed and Artona shows no sign of apology for the mistake they made.

So disappointed.
