Shalay is the best person to ever talk to if you are unsure of what you want. She sat me down and explained everything before making 100% sure that I was going to be happy. And I still am! That says a lot, considering that my hair was in a horrid state (thin, coloured in multiple nuances, dehydrated, coarse and just sad)! Left the salon looking like new! Wonderful stylist and person. The rest of the staff are very friendly too. Could not recommend enough!
