I have tried since April to book the vacation from the pamphlet that I received. 3 months later, I am still being told that the dates are unavailable. How about telling me which days the location is available for? I am sick of playing a guessing game. I gave them $50 that is supposed to be refunded once I get the reservation settled. I suppose that is how they make their money -- they receive the $50 and claim to give it back when it is approved, and most vacations are never approved. HA! What a joke. I want my money back, and the time I wasted back. Customer service is decent, considering I've only talked to someone through one email each, and every time I try to submit ANOTHER request for the vacation times, I receive an error message. I am tired of playing games with a company that obviously doesn't care.
