The staff and the living areas were good, I would have been very happy with the room except that I was sharing it. That sounds mean...but to share you have do a shift system to shower and get ready as there is just not enough room otherwise. IOur iPad to control the room froze on our last night but we were told we could have asked staff to reboot it any time. It is in a convenient place, we walked to local restaurants and caught the tram easily.
