We purchased our first home in October 2015. We were referred by a friend to contact Wade Monsma at Treadstone. From the very first phone conversation I had with Wade I knew we were in good hands. He walked us through everything to get us pre-approved and was even able to recommend a good realtor for us. We were kind of in a little bit of a hurry to find our first home due to the fact that we will be welcoming a baby boy early 2016! During the process of purchasing our home our work schedules were very tight and Wade actually drove out to Greenville to meet with us at 8:00 o'clock at night to sign all the needed paperwork. He went above and beyond what we had expected of a funding company. He made purchasing our first home quick, easy and enjoyable. We highly recommend Wade Monsma and his team!
