Top Hat employees, Austin and Jacob arrived on time. Austin greeted me and was very friendly and professional. He spoke with me, about the soft wash process, prior to starting to clean our siding. The siding on the north side had not been done since we re-sided ~13 years ago. Our white vinyl shakes looked bright and clean when they were done. They also accomodated a balcony repair project we had hoped to complete before they arrived. This did not get done so the west side of our home could not be cleaned. Austin offered to call Justin, the owner, to see if they could come back in a few days to wash the west side. Justin agreed to it and he did not charge us extra to return to do this! My husband and I were very grateful for their response! They returned 3 days later and were also able to treat the "bleeders" from the initial wash that needed to be rinsed off. We are very happy with the work they did and highly recommend them to soft wash your home's siding.
