I HIGHLY recommend this company and their employees! I really can't say enough about them. I phoned in on a Sunday evening and fully expected to leave a voicemail and to have to call them back on Monday morning. To my surprise, Maleaka answered the phone and was such a delight in my time of distress. She was able to put me on the schedule for the next morning. Monday morning, I had the pleasure of speaking with Jennifer who was also most kind and let me know the guys were on their way. This company goes above and beyond in regards to communication and customer service. The technician called me on his way to my home and I also received a call from the company and a text message stating the same...such a nice touch. I wish more companies operated this way. Joe Hendrix (Operations Manager) and Donnie Deaton (Service Technician) came to my home to make the repairs and they were amazing as well. Joe put me at ease and made me feel like family and Donnie went above and beyond and even made preventative repairs. They saved the day and blessed me at the same time! This company will exceed your expectations and has made me a raving fan!
