It s been 30 days since I paid for my item ordered...

It s been 30 days since I paid for my item ordered. I have emailed, called their phone number that is no longer in service. They say they are concerned with the customers, I haven t noticed that at all. I ordered a Christmas gift!! I guess it s time to contact my credit card company and report fraud and look for something else. It looked so nice on the website too beware, no response EVER
