I ve been a Herb Chamber customer for the last 10 years. My wife and I bought two Lexus a RX 350 and ES 300H from the Herb Chamber Lexus in Sharon. We had our vehicles serviced by them, the experience has been great.
Because of the good experience we had, we decided to purchase a certified preowned BWM 535i GT from Herb Chamber BWM of Boston back in August, what a terrible idea, a total disappointment and let down. The quality control was poorly completed by the dealership, they sold a vehicle with one of the front grills already damaged, it is not visible at first sight. Nobody brought it up to our attention.
Two months later, the light came on the dash board saying it needs service maintenance. I took the car to their service center, the electrical wires are damaged apparently caused by the mice/rodents.
I had to constantly call and email the service manager James Gibbons for update. He didn t return my phone calls nor his manager Hank although I left two voicemails. What a way to treat a customer by ignoring them yet I spent $850 for the repair work. I will never return to this place, we re looking into getting another BWM but they will not get a penny from me. I m all set with these people.
