The gentleman at the front desk who took our information was eating while checking us in. The physicians assistant was texting on her phone while she was asking us questions. They took blood and THEN registation came to take license and insurance but said it was ok if we didn't have it today?!So that means, that someone else can use our names and social security number and receive treatment under our names?!The nurse didn't listen to our concerns and made assumptions without testing even at our requests so we are stuck with a bill and will have to find a new hospital. I'm sure upper management will comment on this "We are looking into it" but if it wasn't already for the poor management, we wouldn't have this problem.
