As tenants experienced the worst service imaginable. Moved in to a uncleaned house, half the lights didn't work, including missing bulbs, both air conditioners didn't work, one of the remotes was chewed by and unusable, dirty stained toilet. Garage had a half key broken and lodged in the lock and could be accessed from the outside. But according to their entry report it was all fine. Took 43 photos and added extensively to the entry report. Took 3 months to get the air conditioning and garage repaired. Upon exiting we completed a full bond clean above and beyond the requirements, and still they hesitated returning my bond money. After several emails and threatening to pursue the matter received our bond. Would not recommend them from a tenants point of view.
