The majority of the staff especially reception and guest service unfriendly. No airco for 10 days, room not clean, stains on walls, ceilings, sheets, mirror etc. Sheets never changed, forget towels and bottled water! In short, basic benefits are not guaranteed! No solution brought by the hotel. On the contrary we send you to walk or you are called a liar! Arrived on site, I see that the benefits described as a 4-star hotel do not correspond to reality. Bar smells of vomit, lack of glasses, towels, hotel overcapacity by the very admission of the staff. The hosts will ask the customers to go get them alcohol at the bar in order to "frighten" them later ", I think to dream!
