I reserved My room months in advance and even got ...

I reserved My room months in advance and even got confirmation E-Mails, but when I went to check in , My room was given to someone who The hotel said could stay an extra 6 hours, and I would have to wait, or take a lesser room, for the same price. Their excuse was that ,THINGS CHANGE. There is NO PARKING for the hotel ??? Charges were added to our room for the mini bar , that we did not use, The salad for our meal was some spinach leaves on some dried out bread, and a strawberry, I can't believe they think this is fancy, or a salad. I'll stick to the chain motels from now on.
