Terrible! Arrived 0730 for an 0800 booked loading...

Terrible! Arrived 0730 for an 0800 booked loading for Belgium, still waiting at 1130!! I don't speak Italian but I made a polite translation asking when I would be loaded using Google translaye and this was met with a load of gesticulating from the girl in the office and told to wait more! Yesterday I was delivering at another place of theirs near Milan and was held there for 2 hours. Not good.
