Melissa was very thorough in the walk- thru process. She took time to answer our questions and was very patient with us. We were able to pick-up and leave our vehicle there and left from there location to the Black Hills. The Freedom RV was clean, and rode like a dream. I felt very safe having our 5 children in there. We had a little hic-cup with a breaker that tripped on the microwave, and Melissa was quick to answer her phone late at night (10pm) and help us out. It was such a relief and easy fix. We will be renting again in the future and have told all of our friends about them! Great, small family business. Adorable and professional all in one!
