I needed to find a tenant for a unique property with a custom home. It had been difficult in the past to find renters. I contacted California Realty Group because of their great ratings and reviews. I was not disappointed. Kristin took her time and explained everything that they offered to me in detail. I did not feel rushed or like she didn't have time for me. In a couple short weeks, they had a renter with excellent credit, income, and renting history vetted and ready to go. The process was very efficient. Mercedes was prompt on responding to me and had excellent communication. I highly recommend them. I will definitely be using them in the future.
