I wish the company well, but I did not have a pleasant experience with them. They had several undisclosed fees and when I asked for more details on the quote -- like what they charge for labor vs window and the charges for taxes, permitting fees, etc. they would not tell me. (NOTE: after posting this review, they emailed me back with the details I requested). Also, they were not very good with keeping their word. For example, they were supposed to come out on a Friday but never showed up. Then someone else came the following week and said I would have a quote within 1-2 days. When I called them on day 3 with no quote, they said they needed until the next Saturday to give me a quote -- plus their wait times of 12 weeks for install were the longest I came across. Therefore I did not choose this company for my windows but wanted to mention it here for the benefit of other consumers so that they know in advance. If you are not concerned about price/timing, then perhaps this would be a company you would enjoy.
Update for owner response: I can appreciate your perspective and that you want to stand up for the business and your employees. But perhaps the right thing to do here would be to recognize fault in order to make improvements and better your business. By denying the truth and omitting relevant facts, you are ignoring missteps. Robert told me he would be out on Friday and then never showed. Regardless if Monday is reasonable timing to you, he still did not show up and did not call to cancel.
If you had said, "I'm sorry to hear about your experience. thank you for your feedback. I will take the appropriate steps to make sure this experience doesn't happen again." Then everyone who reads this will see that you listen and continually improve your business. But when you deny, accuse, and fight with well meaning customers, it looks like you are a difficult person when things go wrong. Customers want to see that when things go wrong (which sometimes that happens), owners take care of them and fix it.
