They do not answer their phone. They are closed an hour for lunch. Does everyone have to go to lunch at the same time?

And why can they not give you an estimate of when they will be coming to do an inspection? Not even within a 4 hour window? And then you wait all day and they do not show and there is no explanation, apology, nothing! I feel for the citizens who actually need them.
