We chose this place because of it's proximity to Sovereign Hill and it was perfect for our needs. Nice and close to the attraction and certainly well within walking distance. We spent 5 nights on an ensuite site and the amenities were rather nice, I would certainly return to this park if returning to Ballarat in the future.

The site itself was on the short side for our 17.5ft van (7.6m from tow ball to the end of the bike rack), but the park management had told us that they thought it would 'just fit' prior to booking and upon arrival it just did. That said, management were extremely helpful and were willing to offer other options had we not been able to fit our van on the site, which they didn't have to do. My only negative comment was that during peek times getting into and out of the spaces could be tricky as the access roads were a little narrow.

My 4 year old loved the indoor playground and they both spent a lot of time on the jumping pillow and riding their scooters around the park. The camp kitchen was clean and tidy every time we visited it and the visitor facilities appeared were well maintained.
