I purchased a used car from David McDavid Honda of Frisco this weekend. Masud and his manager AK were outstanding to work with. I was probably what you would consider a pain, bringing 4-5 cosmetic issues with the vehicle to their attention, and to their credit, they resolved all of them right away. They always made sure I was comfortable with the process, with none of the high-pressure tactics that I experienced at other dealerships. Also, I could tell the team here really cares about COVID-19 protocols and looking out for their customers. Lots of space, everyone respected rules on mask-wearing, and hand sanitizer on every table - again, a welcome difference vs. what I experienced at the 5 other dealerships I visited during this process.
