I would give zero stars for the service we received if i could! We paid money up front to start the design, which seemed fair. After 2 months the website was nowhere near to our requirements and we were asked to pay more to keep the work going. Speaking to people via Whatsapp wasn't what we expected and i would advise any company to use designers based in the UK. Would avoid SML Solutions if you want your website to attract customers from the UK as some of the content looked like a child had strung a few sentences together.
