I have a carrier high efficiency furnace that had a bad secondary heat exchanger. Victor came out to diagnose, and was very knowledgeable and professional in guiding me through my options. Parts were ordered and 2 days later Spencer came to install. He was also very knowledgeable and professional. Great experience with Pyramid. If the need arises I will definitely work with them again.
