We had a shipment delivered today at my work (MC2)...

We had a shipment delivered today at my work (MC2) and the driver (about 30-35 yrs old) was so kind. He took the boxes off the skid in the truck and advanced the boxes (about 31 of them) to the lip (edge) of the truck and then stood there and watched at 76 year old man carry those boxes in. The boxes weighed about 32 kgs each.

While the 76 year old man was doing this the driver was standing outside while on his cell phone watching him.

I'm not sure if this is the company's policy not to help unload their trucks but I think its disgusting.
