I never write a negative review, but this company should address the way they handle their customer's cases. About 8 months ago, our daughter was assigned Ms. Cordova as her case manager. This company required a team effort between my daughter and I just to get someone to respond. We would wait several weeks to hear back from someone, and we only received returned calls when we escalated the calls to her supervisor. My daughter's care was delayed because of the lack of communication from this company, and a treatment recommended by the doctor was denied. We were not notified of the denial until after we called and again waited several more weeks to get a response. On another occasion, my daughter was without her doctor prescribed brace for several more weeks because Ms. Cordova failed to authorize it, even though the orthopedic faxed the request weeks prior. They too were frustrated with the response time from this company. My daughter recently moved back from Hawaii to California, and again, despite leaving messages over the past few weeks to get her case transferred, we have not received one call. I left another message for the supervisor today. I feel my daughter's injury was made worse due to the lack of concern this company placed on her treatment plan.
