I have been going to Pennyhill for several years now. I have been so impressed with the quality of service and hotel but the last few times I have stayed I must say that the service has gone right down hill. The prices have gone up but the service has gone down. They are under staffed & unqualified as a lot of them are working whilst on uni break. I had to wait 30mins for a drink whilst outside the pool area & was still charged 12.5% service charge .
Things have changed at Pennyhill & I will be looking for a different spa hotel to stay at from now on, such a shame.
