Watched a white BMW last Saturday. I had an appointment at 11:00 with Antony. When I got there, Antony was busy, so Martijn would help me. Martijn did not wait for 10 minutes. At the reception asked where the BMW is then I can already see the car. Again a few minutes to the car but no Martijn or Antony. Then I only approached a random employee. He would look for the keys. First brought keys and then the right one. Door opened, started and then the employee ran away. He said if you need me I'm there at the reception. Well there you stood then could not ask questions about the car. The employee was not at the reception either. So you are left to your fate. I understand that it was busy on Saturday but really had an appointment and that could also confirm the reception. No test drive was made because there was no one who could help me and I left. No good service for such a pretty nice company. Pity missed opportunity.
