Do not expect any decent response from customer service. I sent an email November 23rd immediately after placing an order. The response came December 2nd.

I had error in my order, my fault but the length of response was atrocious and of course it was by then too late for them to change the order. The offered a coupon to buy another but with customer support like that. I will take my chance with the many competitors on these steel products!

UPDATE ! I could not have been more wrong. I received a phone call minutes after making this review and I got the attention of someone who could fix my piece. I am very impressed with the response and way they fixed the situation.
