Review of Meritas Health Neurology

Although I am not in the habit of leaving reviews regarding my health care. After seeing all the poor reviews left for this office, I felt compelled to leave a review.
I had been recommended this Neurology office by my ENT Dr Beurlein. And he specifically recommended Dr Sarah Hon, as his spouse had been treated by Dr Hon. If a physician recommends another physician based on personal experience, I feel comfortable with that.
The office staff have been warm, welcoming and highly efficient from the first appointment. Never have they charged or billed incorrectly. Nor have I been kept waiting excessively for my appointments. Not to dispute that doesn't on occasion happen in any physicians office unfortunately.
Dr Hons' Nurse is also warm, welcoming and highly efficient, she takes the time to chat about the day while she's charting the information in my computerized chart
Dr Hon was able to diagnose and quickly treat my neurologic issue, that I had for quite a number of years. She is warm , personable, extremely knowledgeable regarding her field of specialty. Always takes the time to address any questions I bring to her. And keeps me apprised of all current treatment options.
As I work in healthcare in a hospital ED, I do have high expectations for mine and my family's healthcare. And Meritas Health Neurology office and Dr Sarah Hon have consistently exceeded those expectations.
