I can't figure out how to edit my previous review--I think Google just hates me, but I'm updating it to 5 stars.
I left it at 4 stars previously due to a concerning review I had read that the service after buying was not good, but that was not my case at all.
They got in the options that we wanted in stock. I showed up at lunchtime, they took the car, added the options and detailed the car. While I waited they offered to shuttle me and I went and had lunch and walked around the Legends. The called and picked me up when things were finished.
Super easy and no complaints. My car was perfect and I liked that I had something to do while I waited.

Overall very good. We called them after the Honda dealer near us wouldn't negotiate down from MSRP for the new CRV, and they quoted us a deal. They have a different setup than many dealers, as they have the managers deal directly with you for negotiations and the technician specialists (i.e. Sales reps) just tell you all about the cars. Our guy was excellent and was more thorough than the dealer near us.
They were true to their word on the deal they offered us via phone and they offered us additional extra to compensate with not having the interior color we wanted (granted, this was the end of the month so they were willing to deal). When it came to financing, through Honda the rates are on the higher side, but they also are willing to finance through other banks, and that ended up being cheaper.
It was misleading (though I don't believe intentionally), when we we asked if there was any penalty for paying down the principle early to decrease the amount of interest paid, he said no--this might have been true for the Honda plan, but the bank plan specifically states that the interest for the duration of the loan must be paid off in full for the planned loan length (even if we paid it off tomorrow) which means there is no incentive to pay back early.
We bought in the last minute of the end of the month so we will need to go back for the car detailing and options---if that all goes smoothly, we can raise this review up a star!
We overall got a much better price than the other Honda dealer and great service.
