Needless to say Annoushka s design and jewelry are stunning! But I am located in USA and initially I am very hesitant ordering online that had to deal with custom and worry about painful return process if needed. But Annoushka s website is very well done and the SA Sarah-Louise made everything so easy. The jewelries are delivered in 2-3 days and when I had to return 1 item, I find the return process is so easy! Well done Annoushka team!! :)
