On 9/23/2019 I received excellent customer service from Tim S. He is always so helpful during all of my service visits. Although the wait time was rather long, he made sure to keep me updated and utilized the shuttle service to make things easier for me. I appreciate you Tim & glad you're back at Crown Honda of Southpoint.
