Saturday evening from 5:50 to 8:30 offers exceptional piano entertainment in the hotel lobby. However, large television screens have recently been installed at the bar area giving the appeal of a rowdy sports bar. As a result of loud screaming during the football game by patrons at the bar area, the piano was completely drowned out, as well as making it difficult for patrons relaxing in the lounge area to carry on a normal conversation. What was a sophisticated lobby area designed for the relaxation and entertainment of the hotel guests, was turned into an unpleasant evening of noise.
