Well it was that time again, yearly checkup. George Gutierrez was the tech that came. Nice and courteous and informative. He did the checkup, I had told him about a noise I was hearing and we discussed it. He went outside, came back in and said he'd already placed the order to replace the fan motor..wow! He was out 2 days later and replaced it in now time.

This is my 8th year and have nothing but good service from Jon Wayne! Hey what can you expect with a name like Jon Wayne!
