Poor customer service and long wait time. Had to wait 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change and tire rotation. Service advisor didn t bother checking in with me and letting me know it would take longer than expected. I had to seek them out and find out for myself. They didn t bother to give me a time estimate even when asked. They said, it s on the rack so it shouldn t take to long and walked off. Another thirty minutes go by and I walked outside to see my vehicle was parked in the lot and ready to go. Once again I had to seek them out so I could let them know my vehicle was ready just so I could get my ticket to pay and leave.

After a long wait time and zero customer service the service advisor was kind enough to let me know that my Tires for Life expired because I went over the 5,000 mile scheduled service requirement.

If I have to wait 2.5 hours for a scheduled oil change every 5,000 and pay $80 minimum per visit you can keep your tires. My time is more valuable.
