Lovely inn, decor is beautiful and relaxing. Pools, hot tub and sauna are warm and are surrounded by a pretty environment. Room we had was spacious. Loved the heating and cooling unit which was equipped with a timer - we used it for white noise to fall asleep with. Be aware of you have mobility issues you can be put on the second floor, where there is no elevator, and no one will assist with your luggage. Be sure to ask when you book for an accessible room or you have two flights of stairs to navigate each time you leave you room. Onsite restaurant dinner was the best prime rib I've had in my life. Housekeeping could do with a bit more consideration in treating the hallways like the upscale place they want this to be. No plug available at the desk made working on a laptop a bit frustrating, and wifi was virtually non existent. Regardless of the few frustrations overall the beauty and relaxing gardens (amazing spring landscaping) made us happy we stayed at this little piece of Niagara on the lake history.
