Alter 3 e-mails not answered and a lot phone calls, when finally someone answered they couldn t know a simple answer for my enquiring, we had to book an appointment for 2 months later. I have never had been so mistreated during the appointment for the staff. She was very impatient and rude and I couldn t barely explain my situation and I left with no solution. She refused to help saying was not her duty. I am questioning myself for what purposes there s an embassy in Dublin that is completely inefficient.
