The experience with this company was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a professional look. They offer a good range of products, but the pricing seemed a bit high compared to similar brands. The shipping was fast and the packaging was well-done. However, the customer service was just okay, as it took a bit longer to get a response to my inquiry. Overall, it was a satisfactory experience, but I feel there's room for improvement in terms of pricing and customer support.
