I was initially impressed when I visited TRS headquarters for some light upgrades on my car. The gentleman who helped me (don t remember the name) was very knowledgeable and steered me in the right direction for what I was wanting. A few hours after the purchase was made all the problems began to start. One of the brand new Morimoto 2stroke 2.0 lights were flickering very bad, so bad that I couldn t drive at night which was a problem. Emailed TRS promptly after and to this day never got a response from that email. Had to call multiple times to get someone on the phone. I finally got everything squared away to get the replacement sent. Was told in the email that the replacement was all set to be sent out to me . The following day I get an email saying the warranty light is out of stock. Called to verify and this was the case. Was told the back order wouldn t be long and should be back in stock in a week. Two weeks later I still don t have a replacement and they still don t know when they will have more In stock. Every customer service rep I have spoken with has acted like they could care less. Seems to me they put on quite a front when they want you to spend money. As soon as you have a problem it s no longer of concern. I don t understand how they have a warranty light ready to be mailed to me and suddenly it s out of stock. Seems like a bunch of BS to me. I would be hard pressed to be a returning customer after this fiasco but I m sure they could care less
