We flew with luxair for the first time this year. One of the reasons was that the flight could have been rebooked free of charge in the worst-case scenario. Everything went great. The offer of free rebooking (also for the low-cost Fly Classic tariff) is still valid until September 15th, 2020 according to the website. I wanted to book a new flight in May 2021. It also says that the Classic tariff can be rebooked free of charge. That made me wonder. an attempt to clarify by email did not lead to anything. So I called. I was then told that these conditions must not be there because they are no longer valid for these flights. Then why is it displayed ??? Nobody could answer that for me. The customer will be def. wrong facts presented !!! Deliberate misleading ??! Attention! That's a shame, because otherwise everything went fine with this airline. But I do expect customers to be dealt with honestly. Nobody seems to feel responsible. The question would be how lawyers would see it if I were to book this flight in May 2021 with the apparently incorrect condition "free rebooking" and then insist on the free rebooking.
