I put a star just because otherwise they don't get published. PESSIMO SERVICE. WORSE THAN "YOU CAN'T." 20 phone calls and never answer. (and it is paid, they leave you online without any response). The package was delivered to them but never reached their destination. On the site send a message, they will reply (if they answer) after days and days. It is not clear why the Italian post office still uses them.
