I can't understand why there are still people who use this mess of courier, even for commercial transactions. I now when I buy things online I make sure before shipments are not made via SDA. they are fake cheaters (they always write that they have not found anyone but nothing is true, because when they finally decide to deliver, at least in my case, they call me on the phone to tell me they are delivering).
I hope they fail soon and leave the field open to some more serious shipping company. unfortunately I am forced to give a spella but if it were possible I would give -1000 stars
