Terrible Customer Service.

I made a complaint nearly two weeks ago in respect of substandard fruit jelly sweets. I have not received a response, despite e-mailing them twice & attaching the original complaints & images of the unopened product.

The sweets are mouldy & clearly not fit for human consumption.

I sent the complaint in English, rather than French as the website is available in both languages, so there can be no excuse.
