One of the worst staff I have ever meet.. very car...

One of the worst staff I have ever meet.. very careless and they didn t make my request even though I paid in advance for birthday setup and remind at same day of arrival..

My request has not been completed and even after arrival they ask me to wait after I ask about the setup 3 times..

If there is negative I will chose for the staff ..

The hotel is very nice but the staff of the hotel are careless and because of them I will not come again..
