I had applied for a recruiter position in Morpheus consulting through shine. Morpheus consulting gave me a prompt response that my resume has got shortlisted and I was called for an interview. The entire process went out very smoothly right from the interview still the day I joined. I had basic knowledge about HR/ recruitment but through their training, I understood more about HR and understood how the process actually works.
