I appreciated the "heads up"notifications I received by email and phone, with all that was described absolutely true, in that the work was not at all obtrusive, the technician efficiently went about his tasks, the service so far shows a moderate improvement, and new equipment looks better.I gave it only a 4 star rating because I haven't had it yet for over a week. I'm confident in Highspeed Internet Solutions. I'm sure they'll get their 5 stars.
